CMA has a highly qualified and experienced
team of finance & industry professionals.
It invests in the equity of growth companies and professionally
nurtures them. We focus our investments in the South
East Asian region but may also consider other regions
with concentration on the Natural Resources (oil &
gas mining), Agriculture and Telecom, Media &
Technology (TMT).
CMA also undertakes assignments on improving the operations,
prudent risk management and debt restructuring by
carrying out diligent fundamental analysis. Presently
it is overseeing these aspects of a large property
company.
We also invest in undervalued and distressed marketable
debts of companies under restructuring or just completed
restructuring, in the form of loans, Bonds, Commercial
Papers & Notes.
Lastly, CMA is involved in selected financial advisory with substantial
exposure in the region, particularly in Debt Restructuring and Mergers
& Acquisitions.
